The Panel Beater is responsible for repairing damage to metal, fiberglass, and plastic, and forming replacement panels. The ideal candidate is able to remove damaged components, utilize hammering techniques to fix dents, and straighten vehicles using mechanical and hydraulic equipment.
The Light Vehicle Mechanic is responsible for a range of vehicles including FWDs, diesel, petrol, some EVs, and light trucks. Duties involve diagnostic procedures, brake system inspections and repairs, servicing of electrical and engine management systems, as well as transmission and suspension work.
The Construction Carpenter is responsible for a diverse range of tasks, including studying drawings and specifications to determine materials and dimensions, ordering and selecting timbers, cutting and assembling materials, erecting frameworks and roofs, laying flooring, and fitting exterior cladding and frames. Additional responsibilities may include constructing formwork, repairing existing fittings, and working with various materials such as plastic laminates and metals.
The Cabinet Maker is responsible for CNC and panel saw operation, edging and assembling cabinets, and general workshop duties, as well as cabinetry installations at various residential and commercial sites.
The Auto Glazier (Window Fitter) is responsible for diagnosing windscreen repair needs, addressing customer concerns and warranties, and cutting and processing flat laminated glass while ensuring proper storage and handling.
The Ceramic Wall and Floor Tiler is responsible for preparing surfaces, measuring and laying out tiles, cutting and shaping tiles to fit specific spaces, and installing tiles on walls and floors. They ensure precision and attention to detail in alignment and spacing, apply adhesives and grout, and conduct quality inspections to deliver a visually appealing and structurally sound result.
